The Studio

Our London design studio and showroom is the design hub for all internal design projects as well as collaborations with iconic brands, chefs, designers and more. Led by our Creative Director Billy Lloyd, our in-house design team will work with you to develop your designs from your initial idea to the fully formed object.

While we’ve worked to create a comprehensive catalogue of our work, there’s nothing better than seeing the real thing — we encourage you to come visit us in our showroom, adjacent to our design studio.

Only when you hold one of our cups in your hands can you see the care and attention to detail we put into each design, visiting our showroom is also a great way to meet our designers and gain a better idea of our brand, ethos and how we can help you.

The Design Process

We love to turn ideas into reality. Let us know if you want to develop your design or customise a collection from our catalogue. If your own shape is preferred, send us your technical drawings or counter samples to review. If you would prefer to work with one of our existing collections, we’ll let you know all the relevant costs, lead times and MOQ’s. Additionally, we can happily assist with any packaging and gift box requirements.
Once you’ve approved our quote and, if applicable, we’ve received you Purchase Order and Development Charges, we can move forward to sampling. Your bespoke shapes will then be modelled and moulded by our expert modelling team and your custom made backstamps developed along with any decal designs, coloured glazes or lustre finishes, if they have been requested. The products and giftbox samples (if any) will be sent to you for approval.
After you’ve approved the samples, we will ask you to submit a signed Proforma Invoice, Sales Agreement and pay a 30% deposit. We’ll then confirm your order and send your designs to production, this typically takes 90 to 120 days. Once the consignment is complete, you will be required to pay the remaining balance or approve shipment if deferred payment is agreed. Shipping takes five weeks door-to-door and our terms are FOB Chittagong Port.
